Currently we are looking for a Receptionist for our Budapest office to make the team even stronger.
The role is to support the Office with excellent front of house services and administrative assistance to represent the company as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, incoming calls, deliveries, suppliers etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Covering the office reception & main phone during office hours Monday to Friday (9-17:30h)
  • Answering and receiving phone calls; dealing efficiently with external and internal inquiries and escalating messages effectively
  • Welcoming visitors in a friendly and polite manner, offering and providing refreshments
  • Maintaining security standards by following corporate procedures, issuing visitor badges
  • Setting up and scheduling the conference rooms
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Mail management: distributing incoming mail to the respective staff
  • Organizing local and global courier shipments
  • Proactively understanding office and employees needs and communicating them to the corresponding department
  • Dealing with internal requests and escalations
  • General administration tasks: creating, maintaining, photocopying, scanning, filing, preparing documents and supporting with other administrative duties as required
  • Strong cooperation with other shared services including Facilities, Finance, HR, Marketing and other units
  • Follow and understand internal processes and procedures; work according to EPAM corporate rules, policies and working instructions
  • Conduct other duties related to the areas of responsibility

  • Has relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist in a fast-paced work environment
