EPAM is looking for a performance marketing manager to join our team and help our clients within Retail and CPG achieve marketing effectiveness and efficiency at scale. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for directing, growing, and developing a team of digital marketing & technology professionals supporting the delivery of digital media transformation programs to help our clients achieve their objectives across acquisition, expansion, and retention. You will act as the performance marketing expert in the client's digital marketing ecosystem and offer best practices in digital activation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive continuous innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives with client stakeholders and teams
  • Build a performance marketing capability by providing a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices, such as A/B testing, to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the customer journey
  • Build a performance marketing strategy and guide the execution of marketing campaigns to drive incremental business value
  • Leverage EPAM’s strength in custom software development, data science and product development to provide advertisers with bespoke technology and data solutions that provide differentiated value over standard market solutions
  • Work with the Digital Media leadership team to continuously identify improvements and/or enhancements in processes and tools to streamline and industrialize execution activities, supporting quality, and on-time delivery
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends in Digital Media to identify new opportunities and challenges and help constantly evolve EPAM’s offering to respond to these


  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • 5+ years of technical expertise in one or more digital marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Google Marketing Platform, Tealium, Adobe Experience Cloud)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications and experience
  • An appetite to join a start-up environment within a large but rapidly growing organization to help build a new business unit – start-up experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering consultative solutions to help clients overcome business-critical challenges
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Digital Media / Ad Tech space, comfortable flipping between business and technical discussions
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker
  • Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build and grow strong stakeholder relationships
