Azure Cloud Application Architect (Relocation to Turkey) Georgia or Remote

What You’ll Do

• Enable Azure cloud journey, analyze TCO and create business cases
• Design and prototype Azure and Microsoft Cloud solutions and create architecture documents covering the implementation's profound technical aspects
• Analyze existing application portfolios, develop next-gen application architecture, transformation and modernization roadmap
• Create a unified strategy for Azure cloud transformation governance, automation, security, implementation and operations
• Lead implementation of the solution from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "going live"
• Oversee the development, architecture and DevOps efforts and provide technical help
• Participate in the complete cycle of pre-sale activities, including RFP processing, proposal development and direct communications with potential clients
• Consult and provide technical guidance on Azure solutions design, build, governance, security, operations and cost control best practices

What You Have

• Experience architecting highly available, performant and mission-critical systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability
• Deep understanding of cloud design patterns, cloud operations and cloud cost models
• Large-scale software development or application engineering with recent coding experience in the following languages or platforms: .NET, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.JS
• Deep expertise in solution architecture, including web services, relational and non-relational databases, front-end and back-end technologies
• Designing and building applications using container-based and serverless technologies on Azure (AKS, Functions, App Services, Logic Apps and other PaaS/SaaS services)
• Good exposure to Agile software development methodologies, DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration (CI) and automated deployment, and security automation (SAST/DAST)
• Ability to suggest competitive and innovative technical decisions, get client buy-in and deliver commitments
• Ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language

• Azure certification is an additional advantage (Associate/Expert or Specialty levels)
• Microsoft Data Platform, Identity Platform, Monitoring platforms
