We are looking for an experienced Offshore Account Manager in the Consulting, Account & Delivery space, who enjoys driving compelling solutions while evolving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Join us and team up with Global Account Managers whilst partnering with multiple global clients to tackle their technical data challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring and analyze the best from the emerging global trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the markets and adapt them to the business solutions you are developing
  • Create and execute business strategies while collaborating with client’s product, marketing, and IT teams
  • Guide and direct the communication flows between technology, customers, and business to drive Business / Digital Transformation strategies more effectively
  • Do proper scoping / budgeting, organize team, and project work and lead the transition from the sales to the delivery and business expansion stages
  • Develop relationships with key internal executives, Business Units’ heads, Sales, and Delivery Leaders
  • Drive account revenue within the client portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services
  • Work with Onsite Client Partner on contract negotiations, deal reviews, PnL forecasting, and improving NB cost and Account Margin
  • Manage the sales cycle by driving the pre-sales and sales activities and qualifying opportunities

What You Have

  • Background in Consulting, Account or Delivery management and a track record of business transformation projects
  • 5-10 years track record of developing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions
  • Experience in selling full life-cycle software development projects (Consulting, Development, Testing, Support) inside complex business environments
  • Understanding of IT principles and practices including the concepts behind Agile and Digital Services, Consulting vs Outsourcing, Product and Service
  • Knowledge of the technical platforms, decentralized software development, business models, subject matter, and Software Engineering industry
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, adding value to clients
  • Experience in managing performance metrics across large scale accounts and portfolios
  • Track record of leading globally distributed teams / acting as a resource manager
  • C1+ level English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Spanish, Ukrainian, French, Polish or Russian is a plus
  • Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills as well as superb oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of cross-cultural communications and management principles
