Responsibilities
- Working with suppliers to produce and deliver gadgets to community program members globally (e.g. print client branded t-shirt for specific event at large scale)
- Manage online/offline events dedicated to community members (e.g responsible for public communication at large scale, oversee event logistics, setting up event agenda and invite speakers)
- Collaborate with Program Lead on execution of existing projects and introducing new initiatives for community members
Requirements
- Experience working with suppliers to produce and ship globally client branded gadgets
- Experience in enforcing already established budget limits for production and shipment
- Ability to select the most preferable gadget options to create most value for client
- Experience in following branding guidelines
- Experience organizing medium to large scale events (online and in-person events) with understanding of event logistics, collaboration with various suppliers and event moderation (e.g. Tech Talk, Hackathons, Community Member Meetup)
- Program/Project Management experience, owning multiple workstreams
- Comfortable in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders (program managers, community members)
- 3 years or more work experience preferably at international company
- English Level Writing/Speaking B2/C1

- Having worked in an environment that solely used Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)
- Experience of being a member/lead of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations
