We are looking for a Learning & Development professional who will coordinate leadership development programs, identify executional efficiencies, and improve the materials in terms of content and delivery methods.

What You’ll Do
- Consult the business leaders in creating the materials to solve the specific business/team needs
- Supervise Learning & Development initiatives: coordination of logistics, managing materials, and providing a critical eye at the content
- Monitor and estimate the training effectiveness
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
What You Have
- Working experience in Learning & Development sphere
- English level – B2 and higher, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of effective learning methods, including understanding of trends and best practices
- Non-standard perspective and an eye for detail
