Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements that design viable Data and Analytics Strategies, Operating Models, and value-added solutions that result in measurable business benefit
• Leverage your deep understanding of business and IT capabilities to roadmap solutions for data management, governance and value creation across the client organization
• Translate client’s business issues/opportunities into business requirements, technical and process solutions
• Drive implementation of strategic designs through established program/project management principles and best practices
• Support business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work, and client presentations

Requirements

• More than four (4) years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable. This experience must include working with clients in the value of leveraging with data related to business transformation activities, executing data-driven strategies, and leading workstreams
• Keep current on emerging business and technology trends, using a base of experience to advise clients on how data strategies work to keep in line with the rapidly changing market landscape
• Bachelor's degree. MBA or master’s degree preferred
• Intensely curious. You ask questions and seek out knowledge
• Proven ability to operate independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing-we need experienced consulting leaders who are capable of taking charge while also engaging in production activities
• Solid leadership, communication, and influencer skills
• Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients
