As the EMEA Google Cloud Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining EPAM’s Google Cloud relationship across EMEA. You will be expected to develop and execute a partner strategy which results in significant new qualified pipeline, increased credibility, and ultimately influences target revenue growth across regions. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to work independently and will work across multiple countries aligning closely with marketing, sales, account management, and delivery teams across EMEA.

  • Establish, maintain and grow alliance relationship with Google Cloud across our key EMEA regions at multiple levels including senior stakeholders
  • Track and meet GCP Partner program requirements to achieve target partner status level and joint partner alignment
  • Develop and support overall EMEA GTM strategy for Google Cloud to fit within our Multi-Cloud strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with EMEA Leadership, sales/cloud sales/AM team, GCP technical competency and business team, multi-cloud organisation, delivery and partner marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans
  • Align with EPAM solution experts in order to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts
  • Set expectations and achieve KPI on initiated and influenced partner revenue
  • Track successes and initiate joint customer stories
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events
  • Collaborate closely with EPAM’s Global Google Cloud practice in order to work in alignment and deliver global programs
  • Understand and manage partner’s deal registration and credit processes
  • Present Yearly, Quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership teams


  • 5+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in Cloud space (Cloud experience is a must)
  • Experience working with or for Google would be ideal
  • 10+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space
  • Proven track record of solution-based selling or business development in the technology space
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organisational skills
  • Managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
  • Some travel required – mostly Europe
  • Understanding of Marketing and Business Development Initiatives
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must
