Responsibilities

  • Business:
    • Run a Salesforce competency practice
    • Follow and actively enhance a defined business development process
    • Ensure consistent, transparent reporting to business partners and financial leaders
    • Help in driving new business opportunities
    • Ensuring prompt and proper resolution of business issues with management and the Sales team
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Resource Management, Finance, Delivery, Sales) to structure business initiatives, development of work plans, analysis, and communication of the final recommendations
    • Control over financial and contracting issues
  • Resourcing:
    • Oversee resource requirements – including staff numbers, skills, and experience requirements based on the market trends
    • Onboarding of the new employees
    • Transfer requests to appropriate teams within the RM structure
    • Monitor the needs to determine staffing solutions – direct employees vs third-party contractors
  • Planning:
    • Implementation and analysis of the metrics in a project/program/business unit, participation in the definition of the metrics
    • Establishing and tracking KPIs - forecasting, analyzing, tracking, reporting issues and other key metrics to identify trends, tracking actual progress towards forecasts
    • Drive accurate pipeline demand forecasts and align sourcing strategies to optimize the ability to deliver within financial constraints
    • Collaboration with delivery and sales teams globally to ensure effective utilization of managed staff
    • Creation and maintenance of the operational rhythm

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an organization unit leader, able to run an organization of 30+ people
  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem including knowledge regarding infrastructure, licensing, platform limitations, Clouds, automation, integrations, trends on the market, etc
  • Proven track record of project and program management, as well as organization unit management
  • Very good written and spoken English to work with multinational teams
  • Knowledge of MS Excel/ Google sheets
  • Prior experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Networking and collaboration skills, openness to cooperation with different business partners and establishing a productive partnership
  • Self-drive and working actively and independently towards targets, focusing on results
