DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer (.NET, JavaScript or Java) to join our team in Croatia.

Responsibilities
- Join existing team and work in Agile way of working
- Work closely with management team, developers and BAs
- Automation Test strategy development
- Automation Framework development and improvement
- Increase the test coverage with automation tests
- Work closely with the developers and manual QAs on tests in different test pyramid layers (unit, integration, components, E2E)
- Daily analysis of regression automation test executions
- Continuously proposing and adding new modern features to test automation world
- Collect, measure and report using QA Metrics
- Conducting application testing, making decision about the expediency of further testing of the specific version of a software product and its extended testing
- Development of detailed reports of the results of software product's testing with recommendation on quality improvement of a specific version
- Training selected team members how to maintain the tests and the environment
- Manual verification of some specific cases
- Help less experienced engineers with their daily tasks when needed. Task estimation. PR reviews
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of proven software test automation experience
- Experienced with at least one programming language (preferably Java, JavaScript or C#)
- Experience with build tools
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. TestNG, JUnit, Specflow, Cypress)
- Experience with GUI test automation (e.g. Selenium WebDriver)
- Experience in different test automation approached (e.g. BDD, DDT, KDT)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git, Github, Gitlab)
- Good English – be able to communicate in written and verbal form
- Easy communicator, fits into teamwork, Can follow helping guidance
- Not scared of assisted individual work or ask for help and raise questions
