  • Providing support to end-users to solve end user computing issues and facilitate resolution of IT-related issues
  • Local hardware management including installation, move, add and change (PCs, thin clients, notebooks, printers, servers)
  • Office infrastructure systems maintenance and software installation
  • Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
  • Server room maintenance and environment monitoring
  • Maintaining and updating hardware inventory
  • Follow all IT-related Work Instruction
  • Assist in preparation for external audits (ISO 27001, ISAE)
  • Follow up with 1/3 tier teams on issue resolution solutions
  • Responsible for KPI/SLA fulfillment
  • Responsible for stock management


  • Ability to work in a distributed team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and SLAs
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of end user computing technology with a minimum of 5 years IT experience
  • Experience troubleshooting network client/server issues
  • Experience with desktops, thin clients and laptop hardware
  • Knowledge of Active directory, group policies
  • General understanding of IT Service Management practices involving service request management, change management, asset management, incident management, and problem management:
    • Excelent knowledge Windows 10/OS X. Modernd Desktop Deployment approachech
    • Advanced knowledge in Networking
    • Advanced knowledge in Computing Hardware
