Our customer is a leading biotechnology company that invents life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases. We have several projects and all of them are about saving lives through genetic modifications. Antibodies for COVID, cancer, asthma and other diseases are our targets. The main goal is to develop services to increase speed of clinical cycle by implementing fast search, good indexing, stable and rapid workflows, strong managing of big data lake and clear logic. All those factors affect time for scientific investigations.
We are looking for Result oriented, responsible Ruby on Rails expert practicing SOLID, Design Patterns with good understanding of microservices architecture and AWS cloud.


  • Designing and developing secure, low-latency, high available solution and delivering secure coding with required performance
  • Identifying code vulnerabilities and solving them in existing solution
  • Write well secure-designed, testable, efficient code
  • Unit and integration tests writing
  • Work within a team of developers to complete proposed initiatives, contributing application architecture and implementation guidance; Collaborate with Architects, Application Developers, Product Manager


  • 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
  • Familiarity with R, SPSS, Prism, MATLAB, or similar statistical analysis packages
  • Experience with relational database design, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher
