DESCRIPTION


Our product marketing team's mission is to generate customer insights that inform EPAM's product strategy, lead go-to-market for our suite of products and create and execute campaigns to drive product growth. This is a highly cross-functional collaboration with development and engineering, sales, design, and communications, to name a few. The team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product to driving launch and commercialization, growing product adoption post-launch. We are looking for a creative, analytical, collaborative product marketer to join our fast-growing team, someone who has equal parts marketing creativity and scientific know-how.

Responsibilities

  • Help scope and execute marketing strategies needed to reach different customer segments and work with our Analytics team for qualitative and quantitative insights that inform your work (content, messaging, positioning, etc.)
  • Assist with the development of product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding
  • Work with the Finance and Product teams to set pricing that aligns with the product value proposition and with our users' success
  • Partner with the Product and Growth Marketing teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis
  • Build customer success stories across a variety of mediums (video, blogs, events, case studies, webinars, social media, etc.) and handle promotion
  • Manage internal product communications, including newsletters, updates and briefs
  • Create standardized templates for new product development

Requirements

  • Relevant education at the collegiate level with a focus on marketing, product marketing or marketing operations
  • Ability to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams on track
  • Desire to work with data with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market
  • Ambitions to become a self-starter with a can-do attitude, working in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment with the ability to operate fluidly between strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
