Responsibilities
- Project management activities, including creating detailed plans, tracking & reporting against the plan and communicating status
- Developing, coordinating, and monitoring project execution plans
- Working with Customer’s Engineering & PMO Leads and team to help keep the team on track for the deliverables
- Report progress to the team and leadership
- Identifying and prioritizing risks in ambiguous, complex environments across both internal and external stakeholders
- Acting as a point of coordination and communication between the project and cross-functional teams, including product, business, finance, and design, to confirm alignment
Requirements
- 4+ years of discipline experience in Project Manager roles
- Strong experience in SDLC phases
- Experience managing testing/quality assurance teams or software developer teams
- Able to manage a project of a moderate size (15 - 20 FTE) with a number of team leads
- Experience presenting metrics for Agile and Waterfall projects: KPIs, OKRs, SOWs, SLAs
- Drive full planning cycle on medium to large-size projects. Drive planning on project stream/sub-projects to ensure overall delivery P&L, with understanding of what P&L is, what and how affects it
- Able to maintain and improve relationship with customer stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Testing/quality assurance engineering background
- Hands on experience in CI/CD pipelines
- Fluent English is a must
