What You’ll Do

  • Work on a webapp in geospatial imagery processing area together with other EPAMers and customer's SWEs. EPAM is looking for a ML professional, especially related to use of ML on image files and images that change over time. From a backend perspective, the customer is looking for a person familiar with TIFs and images pre-processing. Ideally, familiar with tiffs and tiff projections into physical spaces (aka GeoTiff)

What You Have

  • A degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience
  • Back-end: Python and/or Java and/or GO
  • Front-end: JS/TS

Nice to have

  • GCP is a plus
  • Internal Google stack is a plus
  • Experience in data pipelines is a plus
  • Geospatial imagery processing experience is a plus
