We are looking for a Technical Writer to prepare service offers, instructions, manuals, how-to guides, journal articles and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Work together with technical specialists to prepare documentation
  • Add/Update Knowledge base documentation for PaaS service
  • Service offering demo video recording
  • Assist in preparing a demo for English-speaking customers
  • Prepare and distribute news to users
  • Blog with news about services
  • Prepare questionnaires

What You Have

  • English B2+/C1
  • Good communicational skills
  • Kb.epam.com experience
  • Video recording experience
