EPAM Systems is currently looking to expand their team with a Business Consultant with significant Supply Chain and Inventory Management experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market service offering
  • Establish thought leader reputation
  • Work with colleagues to establish and maintain a vision for relevant supply chain business consulting service offerings and related success matrices
  • Ability to plan and facilitate workshops with client leaders
  • Capable to drive innovation efforts around process and capability improvements and offerings
  • Engage with clients to understand their strategic challenge(s) and architect solutions that result in measurable business benefits
  • Identify additional opportunities to provide value-added service and work with Sales and Account Management to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Strong experience and comfort with daily client leadership interactions in English. Dutch speaking is a plus

What You Have

  • 8 Years work experience in supply chain management, field service & repair experience/maintenance is preferred
  • Previous consultancy experience or an international environment would be an advantage
  • Understanding of Field Service & Repair activities in Healthcare Settings or manufacturing
  • Understanding of how IoT sensor data can drive actions and decisions for leased devices at customer locations
  • Experience leading and supporting sales pursuits, strong business network is preferred
  • Passion of continuous learning. Familiarity of digital trends and emerging technology and their application in the supply chain domain
  • Experience leading and managing supply chain program and project delivery as a leader and/or an external consultant with a good grasp of expectations of, and challenges faced by, client’s supply chain leaders daily
  • Experience leading and growing teams either within an organization or an external consultant
  • Deep process mapping and development experience. Lean six segmentation is preferred
  • Strong experience and comfort with daily client leadership interactions in English. Dutch speaking is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
