Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Communication Specialist to make the team even stronger.

With a clear focus on Employer Branding and Communication, responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing corporate strategies for EPAM Poland. Drive external and internal communications, event organization, and publications. Works closely together with local TA Marketing and EPAM HR Team unit to plan and execute of global marketing plan.

Grow EPAM’s brand awareness and support grow of the business by driving marketing communication and programs programs.


  • Build up and strengthen EPAM’s brand, aligned with the corporate brand values as well as taking local characteristics into account
  • Working with local leadership to develop clear and consistent internal narratives around business and people topics
  • Track, measure and report on PR/branding activities and budgets. Analyze the reasons behind (un)successful campaigns
  • Establish and oversee PR/communications plan: online, print and social media and maintain press relations, develop media presence
  • Create, build and deliver online presence, including social, career microsites and branding campaigns
  • Create, build and deliver employee/internal communications: email communication, social channels, press and online articles, etc
  • Provide copywriting, editorial, design and production support for publications
  • Conduct surveys to continuously measure the employer brand awareness (internal, external)
  • Develop a long-term content strategy and weekly plans
  • Research, write and edit a wide range of content for promoting the platform and drive targeted traffic (website descriptions, blog materials, SMM posts, press releases, newsletters, special projects, etc.)


  • Proven experience with building and maintenance of successful social media pages, groups
  • Outstanding writing, editing, storytelling and creative skills
  • Creativity and good sense of style, outstanding communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of photo and video editing tools
  • Outstanding linguistic skills both in Polish and English
  • Hands-on experience with creation of digital-oriented and content management
  • Expert knowledge of SEO copywriting
  • A talent to create content the audience wants to read
  • Understanding of IT-industry and ability to turn a set of technical terms into a melody of words

Nice to have

  • HTML/CSS experience and understanding how your texts (content) will be implemented
