  • Metrics Frameworks development
  • Requirements assessment and analysis with stakeholders and end users
  • Collaboration in development plan definitions
  • Development execution: Power BI dashboards creation, Excel spreadsheets creation and configuration, macros (Excel), scripting/programming, DB setup, cloud / VM configuration, data interfaces creation/configuration, etc
  • Training to management and end users
  • Technical (Runbooks) and end user documentation
  • Metrics Frameworks Operation
  • Contribute to define and document operation processes / runbooks
  • Attend end user support requests
  • Evaluate and apply framework changes
  • Documentation maintenance
  • Technical support
  • Attend / coordinate metrics related meetings with end users, Higher Management
  • Write email communications on business, operation, management of Frameworks
  • Provide experienced technical, logical, strategic, working advise on metrics related matters
  • Custom reports development: Power BI, Excel
  • Peer reviews
  • Coordination and execution of process compliance reviews
  • Detailed assessment of evidence, for Audit purposes
  • Establish contact and communication with Business Process Owners and Process participant roles, regarding Compliance audits
  • Audit Checklist creation and maintenance
  • Maintain Audit Management files
  • Suggest enhancements on Audit processes / tasks
  • Propose and agree on activities that must be done by Process stakeholders, in order to close noncompliances
  • Generate Audit evaluation results
  • Coordinate Audit related work sessions with BPOs and other stakeholders


  • Advanced Power BI, Desktop and Server
  • Advanced Excel: pivot tables, DB connectivity, macros programming, graphics, etc
  • Data uploaders
  • Experience in software development/scripting: data interfaces, custom data uploaders, etc
  • Basic experience in relational Data Base management
  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word
  • Strong Analytic abilities
  • Methodic, organized, structured approach to work
  • High Quality products development
  • Strong abilities in written and verbal communication (English and Spanish)
  • High Quality in documental products development; awareness and care for detail on reviews, when creating documental assets (technical process, etc)
  • Service oriented
