What You’ll Do

  • We have built an engineering team of 50+ people (both EPAM and client's): developers, QAs, managers. To support their work we are building the BA organization, which is projected to be around 7-8 BAs (we already have 3 BAs hired). Each BA will be working with corresponding scrum Team (we are splitting the whole team into 8-9 scrum teams)
  • Document requirements in a well-structured and clear way
  • Able to clear explain the requirements to developers and testers and make sure that developers and testers have understood them
  • Handle questions from developers and testers, clarifying them with Business, Product Owner and Product Managers
  • Provide feedback to the team on the delivered product in the prospective of how it meets/does not meet the requirements

What You Have

  • Strong communication skills, ability to discuss processes with client, ability to dispute with customer on the quality level
  • Business Area - any FS is acceptable, but Capital Markets/Trading is preferable (Front/Middle Office experience is ideal)
  • 5+ years in Trading/Capital Markets area
  • Experience working with multi-asset trading OMS and EMS platforms
  • Experience in developing BRD, vision & scope, user stories, FRD, user guides & presentations for users, technical manuals
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology for SDLC
  • Experience in working with Jira and Confluence tools
  • Solid background in securities instruments, FX and derivatives
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-Tasking abilities
