DESCRIPTION


We are looking to build upon our enviable market position and hire a Sitecore Solution Architect who can help grow the practice and lead on key strategic client projects. In this role you will be working with some of the most experienced teams and leaders within the EPAM organization.

Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of the technical implementation of Sitecore-based solutions
  • Create architectural design for web solutions and produce high-quality solution architecture artifacts
  • Lead pre-sales engagements as a senior technologist
  • Create proofs of concept
  • Provide Level of Effort (LOE) estimates
  • Build close consultative client-facing relationships throughout the project lifecycle from a personal and technical perspective
  • Author, as well as review client-facing documentation
  • Lead and contribute to internal technical documentation
  • Author technical designs involving complex integrations and intense web traffic
  • Supervise difficult and complex development tasks and processes
  • Work on multiple projects at once when needed
  • Help our internal leadership teams push boundaries and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Adhere to established team and company-wide standards

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a Sitecore Architect or Sitecore Tech Lead role
  • Strong experience in Sitecore implementations
  • Experience in leading teams with the ability to build a local technical team
  • Experience with pre-sales activities and engaging external clients
  • Experience in .NET/ASP.NET MVC
  • Experience in headless/JSS solutions would be nice to have
  • Experience in Sitecore Commerce would be very attractive for some projects
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to enhance the EPAM brand
  • Able to gain trust with clients and take their projects to the next level
  • Able to work with and build strong relationships with EPAM's nearshore teams
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
