DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Digital Strategy & Experience Design team in Vinnytsia. Our Design team is responsible for building innovated digital experiences for our customers. We are passionate at helping business and improving customer experience.

We value people who are optimistic, who take ownership and are proactive.

Key skills: UX Research, UX Analysis, Prototyping (Native mobile, RWD), experience with RIA, Solutions validation.

Responsibilities

  • Research domain, business goals and exist customer experiences
  • Conduct meetings with customers through all the design process
  • Documenting client requirements on initial phases of project
  • Create and deliver UX artifacts (such as personas, scenarios, customer journey maps, user flow diagrams, sitemaps) consider to project needs
  • Design wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Validate and evaluate hypotheses and solutions with stakeholders and end-users
  • Conduct and documenting of usability testing and usability assessments
  • Participating in design workshops

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ of design experience for web interfaces and mobile platforms
  • Strong understanding of User Experience Design processes
  • Portfolio that representing your Visual and UX skills and processes
  • Ability to create multichannel experiences: desktop, mobile, tablet
  • Customer-facing experience: communicating, presenting, explaining and advocating your ideas
  • Skills in user experience research and analysis
  • Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping
  • UI Kit and Guidelines experience
  • Ability to work with a few projects simultaneously
  • Great communication skills
  • Great communication skillsAbility to estimate and delegate the work to less experienced designers and take responsibility for delivering on time
  • Good spoken and written English level
  • Be creative, self-critical, and ambitious
  • Motivation to professional growth

Nice to have

  • Experience of customer-facing experience
  • Participating experience in workshops
  • Experience of work on the discovery phase
  • Skills of the animation
  • Copywriting skills will be a plus
  • Business process modelling skills
