We are seeking a driven and innovative Solution Architect to join our growing team and help generate solutions to address and meet various requirements and needs. In this role, you will be working on a variety of projects and will play a key part in making sure that end results are designed according to the relevant patterns and analyses.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement healthcare solutions using Microsoft technologies and Azure
  • Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions
  • Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production
  • Liaise with offshore teams and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks
  • Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
  • Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
  • Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team, and driving change
  • Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop budgets and timelines for solutions
  • Identify and evaluate risks as required
  • Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of the happenings and current events in the industry
  • Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in a relevant role
  • Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions
  • Experience with database management and proper systems security best practices
  • Prior experience with HL7 V3, FHIR and EHR/EMR implementations
  • Must have experience with SOAP and REST web services using the API-driven approach
  • Must have experience with Microsoft technologies and Azure
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to explain complex technical topics in an easily-digestible manner
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
