As part of our Business Consulting Practice, the Senior Manager, will work across various technical business units, consulting groups, partners and clients to support the delivery of Media & Entertainment solutions at EPAM.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Media & Entertainment industry (Broadcasters, Studios, Media Distribution/ISV) with a strong focus on digital video solutions
  • Identify and drive business development activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals/SOWs and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals
  • Lead strategic engagements, delivering billable client work planning, selecting and optimizing solutions for our clients’ video offerings
  • Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Work with our global media & entertainment team to devise differentiated strategic and technology solutions for our clients’ or industry challenges
  • As a Senior Manager, you will help to define EPAM’s go to market value proposition for media & entertainment solutions. This includes the interfacing with other senior telecom leadership to craft related industry offerings
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging media trends, industry challenges, as well as the nuanced differences in markets, business models and geographies in which our clients operate
  • Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing efforts
  • Support EPAM’s partner relationships with leading ISV’s and consortiums that support the media industry

What You Have

  • Experience leading and implementing media solutions for broadcasters, studios or telecom providers
  • Strong understanding of the technical and monetization strategies necessary to deliver a successful digital video business
  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
  • Proven ability to operate independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing-we need experienced consulting leaders who are capable of taking charge while also engaging in production activities
  • End to End understanding of digital video platforms, consumer experiences, devices, and monetization solutions
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients
  • Executive level verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Minimum ten years of progressive experience in Media & Entertainment in a consulting or industry practitioner role
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencer skills
  • Project management, preferably Agile, required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree. Additional education is appreciated
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing high growth environment
  • Strong client network within the Media & Entertainment industry
