Currently, we are looking for a Software Engineer in Test with manual QA background for our Krakow office to make the team even stronger.


Our project is a family of interconnected projects and applications. We partner up with various customer product teams to build best in class internal and external business operations related tools – from quality management, through financial planning to mobile, games and even travel.

Joining us – you will work with specialists in a large distributed team located primarily in 4 timezones. To complete your assignments, you will partner up with our employees but you will be also customer facing – sometimes even on a daily basis.

Project technologies and tools

  • Tools development and maintenance for different Client verticals:
    • Ads: workflow tools support and UI projects
    • Retails: support of retails tools
    • Pubs: support of pub tools
    • Experience: the combination of hardware and software installations for our user experience centers across the globe
    • Geo Data Ops: vendor financial management tools
    • Horizontal: vendor management tools
    • Partners: wide variety of the projects, from WAZE tools to Flight tools, from pure maintenance to workflow tools development


  • Full-cycle test framework development
  • Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements
  • Integration with other clients’ systems and applications

  • Strong Java Core skills with understanding the performance issues, code readability and maintainability
  • Strong CI/CD knowledge
  • Ability to design an architecture of a test automation framework from scratch
  • Strong Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Strong Knowledge of OOP and design patterns
  • Experience in testing frameworks (junit/testNG/mockito)
  • Good English communication skills & experience in client-facing communications
  • Solid SDLC understanding and experience working in agile environment
  • Self-management and strong prioritization skills
  • Capability to work in agile environment without direct supervision
  • Strong Knowledge of Linux OS
  • Strong Knowledge of Bash
  • Popular cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Databases (SQL, noSQL)
  • Troubleshooting (logs analysis, debugging)
  • Java specific data structures, their performance issues, drawbacks and benefits

Nice to have

  • Java internals knowledge:
    • GC
    • JIT compilation
    • Memory management
    • Multithreading
