DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer for our Grodno office to make the team even stronger. We can offer full remote if needed.

EPAM Design Community is a human-centered service team, providing innovative digital experiences for our customers. Our design process based on the synergy of different methodologies and strategies which we applied on different projects in such companies like Vodafone, Unilever, General Electric, etc. You will have close cooperation with our partners like Adobe, Google, Microsoft and different people in the number of locations from Minsk to Tokyo.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX or UI design
  • 7+ completed, real projects
  • Strong portfolio with UI artifacts and UX case studies
  • Experience with core Design Thinking activities (gap analysis, testing, user interview, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of the delivery process
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Capability to present and advocate design decisions
  • Capacity and desire to mentor other designers
  • English level: B1+

Nice to have

  • Ability to control and measure results at projects
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to manage and eliminate conflict issues
  • Experience in UX workshops
  • Experience in pre-sale activities
