Responsibilities

  • Bring DevOps transformation to the customers
  • Build a team of strong system engineering professionals
  • Lead DevOps team seniority growth
  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in systems engineering
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and development cycle
  • Experience with Linux systems
  • Experience of a team leadership
  • Good communication skills and good at systematic management knowledge base
  • Good knowledge of and skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • CEFR B1+ level of spoken and written English
