DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Software Testing Engineer / Software Testing Engineer (Automation Testing) to our Singapore office.

As a Software Test Engineer, you will live on the front lines of the products we create, and build features used by millions of people every day.

Responsibilities

  • Design test automation architecture of client applications for cross-platform and technologies such as UI, REST / SOAP API and backend automation
  • Integrate QA Automation into the build and deploy pipelines supporting a drive towards CI / CD using Jenkins
  • Experience with source code management and build process for building and maintaining automation libraries such as xUnit framework and build tools such as Maven
  • Evaluate and Implement new software test automation tools and tooling standards

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, information systems or related field of study
  • Prior working experience in a large scale financial institution
  • 5 Years of working experience in automation tools like Selenium and TestComplete
  • Strong Python skills for test automation
  • Have developed automation frameworks Hybrid framework, Keyword and Data driven
  • Working experience with APIs testing using tools like Soap UI, Postman, Swagger or Karate framework
  • Experience in database test automation that includes connection to various database testing – Oracle & SQL server
  • Experience in test strategies, methodologies such as BDD / TDD and Agile
  • Knowledge of other type of testing – e.g. integration, regression, unit, system and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to debug code, analyze failures and trace defects to root cause
  • Interpersonal communication skills and a successful team player
  • Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed information. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Extensive experience in Developing, Executing and Maintaining Automation Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Scenarios and Test Cases and Reporting system
