What You’ll Do

  • Work with EPAM and client teams to track accountability of all programs and help drive EPAM’s engagement
  • Alongside other EPAM members such as Account Managers, Project Managers and Solution Architects, you will assist them, but also LEAD running discovery and consulting projects while ensuring close cooperation with Delivery Management team
  • You will be responsible for managing client expectations from delivery perspective
  • Lead cross-functional research and technology teams to achieve key program objectives within a portfolio
  • In collaboration with senior team members, you will assist in formulating and executing the strategy for advancing EPAM programs to successful completion
  • Ensures effective, accurate, appropriate and timely delivery within cross functional teams to achieve key program objectives
  • Provide updates on key issues and progress to Sr. Management both within EPAM and at the client
  • Proactively identify issues and provides general guidance to resolve program and team challenges
  • Can develop practical solutions to achieve program productivity and quality goals and objectives
  • Develops, maintains and updates integrated project/program plans, and ensures alignment of these plans across functions and with team leadership
  • Provides input and general guidance to the team for presentations and updates to management and outside collaborators where applicable
  • Identifies opportunities for standardization of processes and working best practices as well as recommends a plan for implementation
  • Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks

What You Have

  • Strong Delivery Management skills and experience driving 100+ team member teams
  • Must have 10+ year background in delivery in various roles, growing from engineering to managing people, projects, and large programs
  • Experience establishing and managing a delivery process that involves multiple teams working in parallel
  • Applies technical expertise and often contributes to the development of concepts, techniques and standards
  • Experience working in a presales environment from solutioning to client communication highly desired
  • Hands on knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kan-ban, Waterfall) and IT roles
  • Excellent business communication and time management skills required
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge with recent experience managing teams working on SaaS, enterprise, Cloud is essential
  • Practical Agile and standard toolsets like Jira etc. are a must
  • Fluent English, executive presentation, communication and relationship building skills are required

  • Life Science Domain Knowledge is a huge plus
