Our client is a primary ticket outlet and distribution company, venue provider based right on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood, California, with operations in many countries around the world. EPAM is building IT solutions for the variety of customer-facing Front End and internal Back End applications for the company.

The project our team is currently working on is aimed for a Privacy Portal and GDPR/CCPA Compliance for our client as well as its integration to company’s services.

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Scripting - Perl, Expect
  • Database - Postgres, MS SQL
  • Containers - Docker, LXC
  • Orchestration - Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet
  • Operating Systems - Windows and Linux
  • Networking - L2/L3VPN, ConfD, Junos
  • Cloud - AWS, Google App Engine


  • Develop applications and write code using Perl programming language
  • Design, develop, test and debug computer programs
  • Take responsibility for data collecting and processing, databases conversion
  • Provide recommendations and technical support
  • Participate in design sessions in order to know business requirements and possible solutions to be delivered
  • Team up with Product Managers to create project plans and estimate task durations


  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) delivery model
  • Strong coding, testing, algorithm design, debugging skills
  • Knowledge of Linux & Windows environments, source code control systems, and release management
  • Capability to inform management ahead of time when tasks are falling behind schedule and propose solutions; communicate the progress of your work to your peers, customers, and leads
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Being responsible, proactive, accountable, and personable
  • Enthusiasm about keeping abreast of the latest technologies
  • Being self-motivated, inquisitive, and eager to adopt best development practices
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2), both written and spoken
