DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst for our Ryazan office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a regulatory reporting subject-matter-expert in stakeholder interactions and be a central point for coordination between end users, Sberbank IT teams, external vendors and trade reporting venues
  • Solve problems and understand technical design
  • Fulfill quality assurance function
  • Identify operational process gaps and offer solutions to improve processes
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to determine scope, requirements and solutions for assigned projects and ensure execution of objectives
  • Provide high-level estimates for new business ideas implementation
  • Communicate progress, issues, solutions to management and business partners

Requirements

  • Understanding of the full front to back impact of new regulations on reference data IT and Operations
  • Experience working across multiple business areas, including operations, technology, compliance and the front office
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycles and a familiarity with operational, middle and back office change
  • Basic business analysis skills such as gathering requirements form stakeholders, documenting project specifications, writing test cases for complex cross-functional processes, testing new development, analytical and logical mindset, ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions, good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Excel/csv/xml data analysis
  • Fluent English
