Currently we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help our Eclipse team to release RPA Express sooner. From the very beginning, you will help in implementing of RPA Express’ Recorder Actions.

Our client is a US-based company providing sophisticated solutions for automation of predictable work with data in the spheres of information processing, e-commerce, finance, and retail. They offer flexible and unbreakable automation with possibility of machine learning.


  • Be responsible for the design, development, unit testing and integration of high-quality code for our Eclipse-based application (View & Editors)
  • Take a proactive role in the design and development of the product based on the specifications
  • Assist in the setting up and maintenance of Development, QA and Production environments
  • Assist in the analysis of problems and new requirements
  • Assist in architectural decisions where requested


  • Willingness to work on additional functionality development based on Eclipse
  • 3+ years of application development using Java, OSGi
  • Strong OOP skills
  • Exposure to production deployment and production support
  • Knowledge of design patterns and best practices, how to choose the correct one for the situation
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to acquire and use new skills to support new products
  • Continuous Integration
  • Fast learner
  • Results-focused
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, with rapidly changing requirements

Nice to have

  • Eclipse IDE, Eclipse Plug-Ins, SWT/JFace, Views & Editors, data modeling
  • Eclipse EMF, GMF/Sirius, RCP
  • Familiarity with EBNF, grammars, static analysis, compiler design
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • BS or BA in computer science related field or relevant enterprise level programming experience
  • Strong usability skills
  • Agile and TDD
  • Groovy
