DESCRIPTION


Currently, we are looking for an Experience Designer to join our Digital Strategy & Experience Design team in Vinnytsia to become a part of the distributed global design group of 500+ multi-discipline designers (service, industrial, game designers, etc.). We are passionate about what we do – helping organizations use design to create valuable customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Research domain, business goals, and existing customer experiences
  • Conduct meetings with customers through all the design processes
  • Document client requirements on initial phases of the project
  • Create and deliver UX artifacts (such as personas, scenarios, customer journey maps, user flow diagrams, sitemaps) to consider a project's needs
  • Design wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Validate and evaluate hypotheses and solutions with stakeholders and end-users
  • Conduct and document usability testing and usability assessments
  • Participating in design workshops

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ design experience for web interfaces and mobile platforms
  • Strong understanding of User Experience Design processes
  • A portfolio representing Visual design skills with articulating your decisions and used design process
  • Ability to create multichannel experiences: desktop, mobile, tablet
  • Customer-facing experience: communicating, presenting, explaining, and advocating your ideas
  • User experience research and analysis skills
  • Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
  • UI Kit and Guidelines experience
  • Ability to work with few projects simultaneously
  • Great communication skills
  • Great time-management skills and commitment to deliver on time
  • Creative, self-critical, and ambitious
  • Motivated to grow professionally
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
