However, the benefits come at a cost. One of them is a lack of transparency and understanding of internal processes.

During the session we will take a look at OpenTelemetry and other tools for solving tracing issues across microservices built with different tools and technologies.

  • Participant in an enterprise search solution for one of the largest North American retailers.
  • Creator and developer of a cost-effective IoT hardware/software platform for enthusiasts and small enterprises.

Oleh Faizulin
Software Engineering Manager @EPAM

  • About 15 years of experience in IT, the last 5 of them building microservices for various customers
  • Recent Roles: Dev Team Lead, Delivery Manager, Solution Architect at EPAM
  • Engineering experience: Background: Java

Roman Lysenko
Software Engineering Manager @EPAM

  • 14 years of software production experience.
  • Mature Software Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications using Java.
  • Experienced in Project Management, Delivery Management and Delivery Supervising.
  • Have experience as Staffing Manager including the hiring process, project staffing, formal and informal internal and external communications.

 

  • Strong experience in the Interview process, having conducted hundreds of interviews and also having been engaged in Assessments as a Committee Head and Expert.
  • Long experience with SDLC, participated in the project starting from pre-sale up to maintenance, also at times functioned as Architect and Consultant.
  • Stable team player, strong experience in team leading, problem solving and negotiations
