The Java User Group UA (JUG UA) is a well-known Java community that focuses on the discovery and usage of new tools and technologies. JUG UA meetings are always dedicated to hot-button Java topics. Recent discussion topics have included Projector Reactor, OOP Java Pazzlers, Spring 5, Docker and more. Since 2015, JUG UA has been involved with the global Adopt-a-JSR Program, where local Java communities contribute to the future look and feel of the technology. In 2010, JUG UA conducted one of the biggest Java conferences in Ukraine, JavaDay, for the first time. Since 2015, EPAM has partnered with JUG UA by helping organize JavaDay.

Our dynamic Business Analysis (BA)/Agile community is a great place for business analysts to discuss their production issues, as well as master their Agile and Scrum expertise. These community members use workshops and practical case discussions as tools for improving their skills. They specifically focus on tips and best practices for communicating with customers and teammates. The BA/Agile community members are always searching for new ways to engage the community. A recent event, called Agile Brain Ring, was so successful that it may even become a new tradition in EPAM Ukraine.

Communities are becoming the biggest drivers of our cultural change and capability evolution. We envision and define ourselves.. As an EPAM Global Community of Innovators, and Responsible Co-Creators along with Customers, Partners and emerging Start-ups

If you enjoy socializing outside of work, our well-being communities offer EPAMers many ways to connect with one another. We enjoy football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, chess, yoga and dance. Additionally, we offer plenty of lectures and workshops on non-IT topics, such as the arts, science, health and more.

Haven’t found a community you are interested in?

You could always organize your own when you join EPAM!
